DIY HALLOWEEN ICE BALLS that light up! Instructions: 1. make a small ball out of spider web, plastic spiders & 1 LED water submersible light. 2. stretch out a balloon and carefully stuff this creation. I found the 4 spiders is max you want to add without poking into the balloons and causing a hole. 3. Fill the balloon with water until it’s your desired size, let out any air that’s gathered at the top, tie your balloon. 4. Place your balloons in the freezer over night and do not lay them on top of each other. 5. Once the ice balls are frozen, cut the balloons so they peel off and run them under water quickly for a clearer appearance. 6. Next I added a few solid balls to the bottom of my bucket as filler with waterproof balloon lights but this step isn’t required. 7.
