A friend of ours made a “postpartum cart” for her wife and I was 🤯 and three weeks after birth it’s right next to the toilet and I still use mine! FridaMom has a whole postpartum kit which had some cool things but honestly the only game changer from their line was the 🧊 Pads. The real game changer however was Earth Mama’s Perineal Balm which I used religiously once the swelling decreased. I’d get an extra to keep in your purse! The perineal spray I’ve used for both my births when I stopped needing so much benzocaine spray and I really believe it sped up the healing. Also get a Nipple 🧈 for every room in your house!
