Can’t stop talking about the results I’ve had using this little jaw exerciser two minutes a day.

The jowling that was developing along my jawline is greatly improved. Cheeks are firm and sculpted, and lips are noticeably fuller. I started noticing results in the first month of my use, and they keep getting better over time.

In the interest of transparency I’ve been getting Botox in my forehead since 2019 but this has transformed the rest of my face. (I tried Botox on my jawline it did nothing and of course cost wayyyy more than the jaw exerciser.)

Out of all of the bikinis I’ve been wearing lately, I’ve been getting the most compliments on this one. The pattern, the details (I love the ric rack!) and the whole vibe. I purchased it for Italy but I’ll be wearing it every chance I get!

PUMPKIN SPICE SHAKEN ICED COFFEE 🎃 18 grams protein, 110 calories

1 tablespoon instant coffee (I used decaf)

1 scoop pumpkin spice collagen peptides from Further Food

1 cup water

1 tablespoon creamer (I used Chobani sugar free sweet cream

ice

Combine first four ingredients in jar or cup with secure lid and shake until frothy. Add ice and enjoy!!

Steak and eggs scramble- 37 grams protein, around 300 calories

2 eggs
4 oz cooked grass fed sirloin, chopped (I get mine pre-cooked at Costco)
avocado oil cooking spray
salt and pepper

Scramble eggs (I used ceramic non stick cookware with a light spray of avocado oil) over medium heat. When they are starting to thicken add the sirloin and continue cooking until eggs are done to your liking.

Salt and pepper if needed- the sirloin is already well seasoned.

This was soooo good!
