I always get the “dear in headlights” look when I tell people I only wash my hair at earliest every 7 to 10 days. Sometimes I can even go almost 2 weeks. I owe it all to my dry shampoo routine. I do this every night following the night that I wash my hair and it lasts so long and actually cleans my hair. I’ll even do an extra application during the day if I was outside for a while or something like that. I will give the disclaimer that my workouts are more like Pilates and I’m not outside running in the Louisiana heat. But I have had people give feedback that after a run they use this and freshen their hair tremendously!
