$Our goal this year was to make the swap to nontoxic cookware. We’re super mindful about the type of food we eat. Organic. Whole foods. (as much as possible)!! But we were also aware that what we cook our food in is also very, very important which is why we made the swap to @onequince nonstick ceramic cookware (it’s nontoxic!!) Did you know that PFAS are still in a lot of cookware? One little scratch in a nonstick pan and those chemicals are released into whatever you’re cooking and then you consume them. PFAS (forever chemicals) never leave the body or environment😅 CRAZY!!!! Non-toxic cookware can be very expensive—absolutely worth it—but still expensive lol. My 7 piece non-stick ceramic cookware set is made with the same non-toxic materials as other premium brands, but literally a fraction of the cost. We were able to make the swap to non-toxic cookware right before our son, August, started eating solids (and I’m so thankful for that!!).
