I left this out for hours and the food stayed cold! No condensation or anything! I am so excited for this! We eat a lot of charcuteries around here! They can be very healthy! We often snack on them while grilling and the food usually gets mushy and warm! So happy to say this has changed everything! Also love it to make for the kids and set out for them to graze through the afternoon instead of unhealthy snacks!! I love that the food will stay good while out!
