Let’s turn a little nook, into functional storage- HERE’S HOW -1- Using 1x2s or ripped down plywood as back and side supports, nail and screw into the studs using a stud finder and laser level. -2- For the Top and Bottom of the shelves, use cut down plywood or precut shelving and dry fit in place. -3- Sand, Stain, and Seal prior to installation. -4- Glue and nail the top and bottom shelves in place by nailing into the wall support boards. -5- Use a 1x piece of solid wood for the face board and glue and nail in place. Simple and affordable functional shelving.
