What I Got vs. How We Used It: Kitchen Reveal!

My SIL loves the look of marble, but not the maintenance or the price tag. So, when I found this gorgeous large format tile, I knew it would be the perfect alternative for the backsplash. Compared to the thousands a marble slab would cost, we spent under $600 on tile, and it perfectly completed the vision we had for this space.

The tile we used is called Pietra Di Marmi from The Tile Shop.

The best price I found for custom shelves. I ordered them unfinished but you can also order them stained.
I did one coat of wood conditioner and then for stain, one coat of Early American and one coat of weathered oak to tone down the yellow a bit. For top coat I used general finishes top coat in satin.

Adding the final details with Evergreen 🌿
