One of my favorite self-care rituals has been an Epsom salt soak, so I took the time to gather these bath time essentials to make my tub time just a bit more delightful 🛁 I typically put about one cup of Epsom salts and ten drops of lavender essential oil into the tub, and then sip on a cup of chamomile tea while I am soaking.
