Plump up the look of your lips with this combo. Use the Make Up For Ever liner (wherever walnut) to line the lips, then use the Tarte (dusty rose) liner to fill color into the lips. Top the lip with the PTR plumping peptide. Wait 2-3 mins for the peptide to plump.
