I have PERFECTED our sleeping situation and it is 🤌🏽 chefs kiss

Great sleep is sooo important to me, and these are the things other than diet that have helped me get some great REM. I’ve also been doing sleep cycle timing to make sure I’m getting 4-5 REM cycles and waking up during a certain part of my cycle so I’m not groggy and have TONS of energy when I wake up!

Here are my MUST-HAVES (all linked at ):

• @brooklinen sheets and pillow cases
• Washed linen duvet cover
• Heavy down alternative duvet
• 20 lb Weighted blanket with Brooklinen washed sateen twin duvet cover
• @tuftandneedle Mint mattress
• A combination of @brooklinen and @Marlowpillow pillows for different firmness
• Supplements: Pure Sleep (melatonin combo), 3 forms of Ashwaganda, and Magnesium
• Alexa for noise machine and alarms
• Pura calming lavender scents
• Fan makes no noise + can hook up to Alexa/ has remote to update settings
• Black out roman shades
• Linen pinch pleat curtains 2 panels per side to filter side light
• Lamps on alexa and timed (so I don’t have to get out of bed lol)
• Bluetooth humidifier with aromatherapy essential oils
• PB euro shams with down Euro inserts (yes I use the euros!)

A few things:

- This is my 6-day dirty hair with my faaaave dry shampoo ever. I used to only get to 3-4 days max cause every other dry shampoo would leave a nasty layer over my fine hair. I talked more about it in my stories so if you missed it it’s in my “beauty” highlight!

- This is my first official selfie in our new @onekingslane floor mirrors 😂 If you’ve been following on stories you have probably seen that I’ve been redecorating. Still keeping that “modern rustic” vibe but going a little cleaner and softer with the lines and tones.
