Healthy Fourth of July Dessert Idea

❤️ Red, white and blue yogurt bark is festive and refreshing! It makes a great dessert or healthier snack option all summer long!

💙It’s simple to make using Greek yogurt, strawberries and blueberries. I also mixed some vanilla into my yogurt before spreading onto a parchment lined tray. I added some granola too, for crunch but you could also add coconut flakes or other toppings.

❤️Pop into the freezer for a few hours or until frozen - then break into pieces and enjoy!

Boy did I make the mistake of thinking life would slow down after school was out . . .

How has YOUR summer been so far?

It’s been exactly one month from the last day of school and it’s been non-stop.

I wanted to start by organizing the kids school papers, cleaning out closets & go through old clothes first or I knew that wouldn’t get done at all.

And as much as I try to keep up with them outgrowing their clothes, there’s always something they need, like bathing suits this year.

For me it’s a struggle trying to keep up with the housework, the kids AND trying to eat healthy AND workout — ALL while being a content creator trying to grow my business.

For you that may look completely different.

Whatever goals we are working towards or responsibilities we are juggling, I find it helps to focus on the positive, do what we can, and celebrate each win no matter how big or small:)

Current makeup faves

Concealer is creamy and doesn’t cake and make you look older - I go with a color that matches my skin tone and not lighter

Foundation - a little goes a long way and I like the color selection and applies nicely

SPF - tinted mineral sunscreen - this particular one was recommended by my dermatologist and I’ve been using for over a year - it’s pricey but is easy to apply and what I wear most days of the summer without foundation when I don’t want a whole makeup look.

Elf color corrector - the green for the red in my skin and the peachy color for under eye darkness

Mascara - love this tubing mascara - I apply a little even before working out and it doesn’t smudge
