Baking for one! 😋 Testing out my little Staub pumpkin baking dish, it's too cute not to use on repeat this time of year and is perfect for a dip or fall soup, too! 🎃 Besides it being microwave and dishwasher safe, it's currently on sale for just over $30! Use as a candy dish when not baking or even store garlic or other herbs! 🧑‍🍳PUMPKIN MUG CAKE: • 2 tbsp white granulated sugar •½ tsp. cinnamon • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice • pinch of salt • 1 tsp. baking powder • 4 tos. all purpose flour •½ tsp. vanilla extract • 3 tbs. milk • 2 tbs. pumpkin puree 🧑‍🍳DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a 12 oz mug or dish 2. Stir in the milk, pumpkin puree, and vanilla. Note: Mix well to ensure there are no dry ingredients stuck at the bottom. 3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 4. Top with whipped cream or ice cream and sprinkle with cinnamon or nuts if desired.
