Target Try on! Okay so yes to this dress! It's the cutest little mini dress and honestly doesn't look Target at all. I actually think I want the black one instead but this one was at my local Target, so ya know. One note: the fabric is a rougher texture but not uncomfortable, just not super soft. It runs a bit short, (I'm 5'9") so I went with the large. Otherwise I'd say fairly true to size. The large fits me great -- it's a looser fit in the shoulders / bodice as you can see and I think TTS is the right for this fit.
