Easy and festive cookie cake for football season! We used these disposable tins to take this to a friend's house. Fill the bottom of the tin with a layer of cookie dough. Then place the football cookies on top. Bake according to package directions. Let it cool completely and add icing. I love this icing in a can for decorating!
