Let’s talk about the sauna blanket I’ve been sharing on stories for months! 🙌🏻💦 With my fitness/health journey the last 3 years (I can’t believe it’s been 3 years since I started —May 2021) I have heard amazing things about saunas! 🔥 BUT…. 1. I’m claustrophobic 😬 2. We don’t have room for a large free standing sauna 3.
