In our family, adventures are a big part of our homeschool and our life. My kids call these their adventure pants and they hold up to every type of shenanigan we throw at them. The Mountainmaker kids hiking pants from REI are THE best. We also love the REI Rainier rain coats. It never gets very cold where we live, but when it does, we just layer with our raincoats and we are perfectly warm.

The BEST hiking outfit for tween girls. Our love of REI runs deep and both of my kids have moved into the adult size clothing. Luckily, the REI branded clothing fits them well even in the adult sizes. Trail tested, my daughter approved, adventure outfit for any kind of hike.
