It’s already mid-July. Everyone is raving about their favorite fall pieces at the Nordstrom sale, and I have no desire to participate. I just want to slow the summer down, and not worry about fall.

The weather has been steamy, and I’ve been enjoying my summer uniform of light and breezy dresses. Sometimes I feel a tinge of guilt knowing I put zero effort in to styling an outfit because a fabulous dress stands on its own

Wishing I were back in Boston with @annaavella_ pretending we had the sprawl of free time ahead of us. While we made the most of our days together, we never accomplish half of what we hope to.

Still thinking about the delicious meal we had at @petulasboston - we arrived before the dinner service started and enjoyed having nearly the entire dining room to ourselves. To fill the time we ordered oysters (me) and shrimp (Anna) along with our cocktails. By the time we were finishing our meal the restaurant was filling with lively parties and the din of competing conversations was drowning out their impeccably curated playlist. We timed it perfectly.

A year ago I made a saved search on @thredup for @coach bags.

I can’t help myself.

Cheers to patio season!
Mostly, anyway, got a little chilly after I finished my glass of wine and decided to dine indoors. But this cherry blossom lined patio will only be in bloom for so long, and I didn’t want to miss it !

Out attempting to do holiday shopping but buying more things for myself because I clearly have a problem 🙈
