Business casual capsule wardrobe! Everything you need in your work wardrobe:

-Blazers, I like an oversized blazer in black, gray or beige or any other neutral color. I usually get a size medium, but like to size up to a large and some blazers like at Zara.
-Dress pants. These are the best pants for your business casual wardrobe. My favourite pants are the Aritzia effortless pants. These are a high-rise tailored wide leg pants and they come in many colors, including white, black, brown, gray and tan. My other favourite pants are the Abercrombie Sloan pants that are very similar to the Aritzia ones. They also have lots of sales!
-Then you need some basic tops like solid color, tank tops and T-shirts. My favourite tank top is the Aritzia sculpt knit tank with the square neck. My favourite T-shirts are the Aritzia function T-shirt, or the Uniqlo basic T-shirt.
-Then you need some layering pieces. This could be something like a cardigan, a short jacket, a leather jacket or a button up shirt in a nice material.
-For winter time, crewneck sweaters are great.
-Also, for winter time wearing a sweater dress and a pair of boots and tights also makes a great easy outfit.
-Maxi and midi skirts and dresses are also very easy to throw on and pair with other things in your closet like basic tees and tanks and jackets.

1. Everlane way high pants in black pinstripe (I linked the plain black). These are comfortable and a nice high rise and straight leg. I have a size 8.

2. Abercrombie Sloane pants. These are a high rise wide leg tailored trouser. I have a size 8 long.

3. Aritzia effortless pants. Similar to the Sloane, these are a high rise wide leg tailored trouser, but the leg is slightly slimmer. I have a size 8 long.

Top with all is a white muscle sleeveless tank top from Aritzia.

Belt is an Abercrombie black skinny belt with gold hardware.
