For those of you who are amazing bakers - what’s it like to be so talented?
Contrary to the confidence I have while watching Great British Bake Off, I’m actually a pretty meh baker. I bring the same efficiency to baking that I do to hanging a picture on a wall which is eyeballing everything. Works 95% of the time on the walls but like 5% when baking.
But this pear galette is super forgiving so it’s my go to.
