DIY Winter Delight: White Chocolate Snowflake Hot Cocoa Bombs!
Hey cocoa enthusiasts! ❄️☕️ Today, let's embark on a cozy winter adventure by crafting your very own hot cocoa bombs, but with a frosty twist – white chocolate and snowflake molds! Here's a simple guide to creating these delightful treats that will warm both your heart and taste buds.
Ingredients:
1. White chocolate chips or melting wafers
2. Hot cocoa mix
3. Mini marshmallows (optional)
4. Sprinkles (for that extra pop of color and flavor)
5. Snowflake-shaped silicone molds
Instructions:
1. Melt the White Chocolate:
Start by melting your white chocolate chips or wafers. Use a microwave-safe bowl or a double boiler, ensuring you melt the chocolate in intervals to avoid burning.
2. **Coat the Mold:**
Carefully coat the snowflake molds with the melted white chocolate, making sure to cover the edges evenly. Pop the molds into the fridge for roughly 20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
3. Assemble the Bombs:
Once the chocolate molds have hardened, gently remove them from the fridge. Fill half of the snowflake molds with the cocoa mixture and top with sprinkles.
4. Seal the Bombs:
Melt more white chocolate chips or wafers and add to the top of the cocoa, sealing the cocoa bomb.
6. Chill and Enjoy:
Place the assembled hot cocoa bombs back into the fridge to ensure they are fully set. When ready to indulge, drop a bomb into a mug of hot milk and watch the magic unfold as the snowflake melts, releasing the rich cocoa mix and marshmallows.
