Hot Chocolate Bar
This is the absolute best hot coco you'll ever have. And best of all, it's made in a crockpot.
Recipe:
-6 cups whole milk (any percentage will work)
-(1)14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
-2 cups (12oz) chopped semisweet chocolate, high-quality chips are fine
-1 1/2 cups heavy cream
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/8 teaspoon salt
* Combine all hot chocolate ingredients in the slow cooker and stir together.
* Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for about 2 hours. Stir the first time 15 minutes after starting the hot chocolate. Then stir again every 45 minutes.
* Hot chocolate is ready when the chocolate is completely melted and mixture is steaming hot.
