🏍️ Leather Jacket - Everyone’s gotta have a leather jacket, as it’s super versatile. This one’s £42.99 and it’s a truly great petite fit, with the shortened waist, great length sleeves and narrowed shoulders. I wear an 8 so size down 👍🏻

🧶A long wool coat - everyone needs a lovely long wool coat for work and smart / evening events. I have this exact coat myself for a few seasons ago and I wear it loads. So versatile and coming in at £59.99 I think it’s a great price. I wear a size 10 so true to size.

My top 3 fav petite jeans EVER!

After all my try on’s recently I thought it would be good to do a summary of my top 3 petite jeans:

🏆 Coming in third place we have @newlook with their Tori mom jeans. True to size, I wear a size 10, inside leg is 27”. Comes in loads of colours too, but I love this bright blue colour 💙

🏆Second place goes to @marksandspencer with their mom jeans, true to size, I wear a size 10 regular, which comes in at 28” inside leg. They also do a short length with is a 26” inside leg so perfect for those shorter than me (I’m 5ft 2”)

And in first place…. Drum roll please….. yup you’ve guessed it.

🏆 We have the @stradivarius mom slim jeans!!! I love these jeans, I’ve been wearing them for about 4 years and they are one of my most worn pieces of clothing, so comfortable and just a great fit. I have them in many many colours and washes too. I wear a size 12 so size up as they are a slim style. Inside leg is 25”.

Help me decide what to keep and what to return …

I did a cheeky @newlook order while I was sitting around the pool on holiday and just like magic it was ready to collect once I arrived home. So let’s try it on together.

None of this is from their petite range so let’s see what fits…
👖 Dungarees - Ive been trying to find a good pair of short denim dungarees for ages, thought these might be the ones, but sadly not, the shorts are just too tight and short for me. The search continues.
🍌 Fruit dress - this was the main reason for my order and it didn’t disappoint, love this, also a pretty good fit considering it’s not petite. I wear a size 10.
💚Pineapple cropped trousers - love these, great cropped length so will fit my petite ladies who are shorter than me (5ft 2”) elasticated back, cute print, what more do you want! I wear a size 10.
💙 Summer shell dress - loved this also, mainly because of the shell print 🐚 just so cute! This is a size 12 so a bit big me, lefty good to.
🍎 Fruit coord - more fruit inspired fashion, but you know im obsessed! Loved this coord but trousers far too long on me so would need to take them up. Cami great fit. I wear a 10 in them both.

Loads of you have been asking for me to test out the @marksandspencer extra short length, so I finally got round to it 👍🏻

Firstly, they are only available online from what I can work out (although you could also order in store) and on very selected jeans and trousers. They were pretty hard to get hold as so many of they styles were out of stock in my usual size (a 10). But I persevered and signed up to the out of stock notification you can do (highly recommend this when something is out of stock) so as soon as they were back in stock I was emailed and BOOM I got them!

So today I’m testing out the Sienna straight leg Jean in black and I’ve gotta say considering I didn’t really consciously choose the style (just got whatever came available first) I really really liked them. Great fit and thought they looked pretty smart. I wear a size 10.

Now lets talk length…..
Regular came up as a inside leg of 30”
Short came up as a inside leg of 28”
And extra short came up as a inside leg of 26”

For context I’m 5ft 2” and the short were the perfect length on me 🤩 which is great news for my petite ladies who are shorter than me, because I think I’ve found you a pair of jeans that might fit! Definitely could also do a little turn up at the end or don’t forget you can also just cut denim to the right length as it’s super resilient as a fabric (but that will give it a slightly different look)

As I’ve mentioned not all styles are available in this extra short length, so I’ll link all the options in both my stories and LTK post so there super duper easy to find 👍🏻
