Don’t be like me, and wait till November to get these outdoor RGB lights! 🎃I got them last Fall and used them for our holiday decorating. I wanted to light up our house, but needed to save the money on a licensed pro to hang Christmas lights. I am SO excited to use these for Halloween decorations this year! 👻

These are the easiest plug it in DIY lights. easily change them to any RGB color 🔴🟢🔵 with the remote, adjust brightness, customize for sports teams, holidays, or even switch to the natural light setting to use as landscape lighting year round! 💡

Use them as UP-lights like I did or mount them on the house by their angling bracket.

Fell in love with this pink refrigerator. I’ve always wanted to see one of these retro SMEG mini refrigerators. There’s one in our hotel suite and it’s surprisingly VERY roomy!

I love the beautiful vintage form of this mid size fridge and the fact that it is also very functional. There is ample freezer space, and a shelf that holds up to five wine or champagne bottles. Additionally, there are three glass shelves, plenty of storage in the door, and even a crisper drawer!

This is the perfect fridge for a fun themed small space or even a nice touch for a short term rental property. I’m obsessed and need this in my garage or she-shed

In my office glam room, I like to have this little clear orange acrylic, end table - which is SO SOLID by the way - it is the perfect side table or coffee table height for sitting down with my coffee or a book I’m reading. The clear rolling C table can pull up to the couch when I want to work on my laptop at the couch or nest in with this table to keep all of my office supplies at arms. I keep magazines and clear clipboards tucked into this nifty little cart that rolls, but also has locking caster wheels. The shark flexstyle makes curling my rainbow hair soooo much easier! I wrap my hair up in a hair towel after washes and allow it to damp dry or blow dry with low heat if I’m in a hurry. Use some heat protectant!! Then, I pop on the curling barrels for curls.

I love that all the shark flexstyle attachments all fit the dryer part of this one styler/hair dryer because the whole family can benefit from using it. (Diffuser for my little one’s curls, and the brush attachment is nice to have on hand too.)

I lit up our outdoor space by rehanging, our outdoor café lights in a zigzag pattern, but this time I upgraded the hangers to heavy duty string light poles that securely stake into the ground.

I also added water resistant protective covers for the outdoor plug connections. The lights that I am using in the back yard as well as the extension cords are all water resistant however, I have these leftover from waterproofing, holiday, decorations and thought why not put them to use?!

For holidays, swap out some colorful LED string light replacement bulbs for a festive patio.

To take it to the next level- I added a smart outdoor plug (which has one of the best apps for controlling smart devices that I have ever used!!). The app allows me to program routines and schedules for my lights to turn on and off, and they can also be controlled by voice using our Alexa devices. In the late evenings, I never have to worry about turning the lights off myself, they will either go off at the time that they are supposed to or when we choose to shut them off. I am a big fan of smart devices inside of my home, it only makes sense to utilize them outside as well!

This has transformed the ambience in our backyard and patio space. The family cannot wait to enjoy the outdoors more during this spring and summer season.

Wrapping my kids hand-me-down bike with special FX vinyl is one of my favorite labours of love. If you score a gently used bike, you can give it a new life by wrapping a bike in holographic or iridescent vinyl. I happen to have a friend with expertise in wrapping tricked out bikes, so I consulted them for best practices and to make sure I got all the tools I needed.

The top tips I can give you after completing this project are:
• take your time, you get the cleanest results by applying the wrap slowly and not trying to reposition it too much.
• you will need much more vinyl wrap than you think so get extra so you don’t fall short
• the sharpest cutting tool will give you a cleaner cut

Give your bicycle a makeover with the same type of vinyl wrap they used on cars! I wrapped my kid’s bike last year and it’s still looking fresh.

Fresh 🎨 fun 🌈 rainbow hair color for our visit to the Crayola Experience over the weekend.

I always use @punkyhaircolour Semi Permanent colors and dilute them with my favorite hair conditioner to create the exact shades I’m after.

🌟 What I love about their formula is that it’s THICC so you can get precision application without drips and co-mingling of colors when you aren’t trying to blend it. The consistency is great for mixing and creating custom shades - a little color theory goes a long way here!
