Just me or does watching the RHOSLC premiere make you want to draw a bath Meredith Marks 🫧 would be proud to enjoy?

I’ve upped my bath game with a bathtub water filter ball! I feel better getting sudsy with our city water 💧 if it’s filtered. Once the bath tub is filled I add in some bubble bath and a relaxing bath bomb.

These bath bombs are an old favorite of mine gentle, non-irritating bath bombs to be exact.

Well, I can’t keep a living plant in this corner of the room for some reason 🤷🏻‍♀️ my plants thrive everywhere else. So faux olive tree to the rescue! It comes in this basic pot which really grew on me even though I initially thought I’d put it in something else.

It comes gently packed with the branches for you to plug in. So easy to put together, then I had fun “arranging” it.

As much as I love having live houseplants around, certain decorative plants just don’t do do as well indoors.

So instead of trying to keep a real one alive, we opted for a faux olive tree to decorate the corner of our room that doesn’t get as much light.

One of the Amazon finds that I use all the time, because they are so useful, but never think much about them is a boot form. It’s a summertime must have! The bugs are on another level this year! To keep pests away, I’ve been swatting them with this electric fly swatter. It works on mosquitoes, gnats, and even wasps! ⚡️🪰🦟⚡️

Aside from being used in racket mode, you can set it in the base and leave on so continuously attract and zap and mosquito or fly that gets drawn to the light. The one I got even comes with an extension pole which is super handy for swatting a bug that’s *just* out of reach.

Spring time gets me in the mood to refresh and redecorate our home! Are you ready for a room makeover?

A couple years ago I painted our dining room, making the space much brighter and bringing in the light with a Sherwin Williams color that I got in a paint that COVERS. Paint and primer in one is completely worth it for the amazing paint coverage that can be achieved in fewer coats. The paint has held up so well with kids, dog and everything… and our dining room pulls in so much more light!

I DIY the whole paint job - including the ceiling! I’ve linked all the MVP tools that helped make painting our walls a lot easier. Linked are the edgers, and everything that help you reach high ceilings and corners, an edge tool to help you get around windows, trim and other tight spaces.

I’m refreshing our home office space and had to grab the stick vacuum to pick up the mess a dropped dustpan made. This vacuum is lightweight enough that it can be used by every member of the family 😉 even the kids! It most often gets used by the kiddo we pay to vacuum up his pet’s hair, and does a good job for a small stick vac and the light helps you see all the dust to be picked up
