Wanted a non-tox sunscreen for Koa last minute! Target for the win with Pipette! We loved it and felt it did a great job. Downside is it wasn’t waterproof and who would have thought our seven month old would LOVE splashing in the water so much.

We’ve decided to start crawling and start pulling ourselves up on everything. This mama is BURNT out mentally. 😂 Trying to let him grow and explore new skills but trying to keep him safe is harrrrrd! This cute little squishy contraption, goes on like a backpack and helps protect his little head from big bumps! It was a gift from my brother in law and it definitely gave me some peace of mind today😂 plus, at very least it’s cute!

Can’t visit family in VA without heading downtown to DC! Put our favorite baby gear to the test navigating busy crowds + the metro!

Linking our favorite baby travel items here but I will add, the pack n play linked isn’t my absolute favorite but it definitely does the trick and is so easy to pop up and break down. You absolutely need to get a mattress pad for it IMO. You can basically knock on the one it comes with.🙃

Love our non-WiFi baby monitor when we travel. We had tried a similar model from tech and the picture was so grainy, I don’t think that was normal but unfortunately that model was no longe available when I tried to exchange it! We opted to try the Hello baby and it’s fantastic! You can also use it with multiple cameras if need be!

A few things we are loving + a few things we plan to get for our solids journey! We started Koa at four months with solids. He had started showing an interest around three months but we waited for the go ahead from our ped. When we started, I would cook a veggie or fruit and we’d just mash it with a fork. He LOVED it. Once he hit six months, we adopted a modified BLW approach! He still gets his mashed up avocado but gets to also experience some solids on his own.

One of my favorite features about our Nuna is that we can lay it completely flat and snap buttons on each side to make it a small bassinet. It’s also one of Kia’s favorites when he’s napping!

Lounging in our Nuna is a new favorite. This stroller y’all. 🫶🏻 Safety, comfort, light weight. I can hold Koa and lift it up out of the trunk of my car with one hand + set it up. So easy and so convenient and he LOVES it. Do your research, figure out what best works for YOU and your family needs! For us, it was this!
