Blakely’s car seat!

This one is a must have for us - We have the Pipa infant car seat and moved Blakely into the RAVA when she turned one. You can actually use this seat for newborns as well - so much room to grow! Safety ratings are awesome. Highly recommend looking into this if you’re in the market to invest in a quality car seat

Here is our hospital bag checklist this time around for dad! Last time Blakely came early and we didn’t have any bags ready so now we are packing in advance lol.

Hospital bag essentials for your husband are just as important! I would honestly recommend all of these things. Need to order brandon a new duffle bag and toiletries case- obsessed with the two I have linked.

Cozy blanket and pillow is definitely a must have!! Last time he slept on a little cot beside me. Love this gray hat too.

My hospital bag checklist is made for the second time around and these are all of the essentials that are a must bring in my opinion!

A lot of these items I have and the rest I will be purchasing based on my experience last time (since I delivered early and didn’t even pack a bag before!)

I have this black night shirt (sized up to medium) and I will def be repurchasing another - I HIGHLY recommend black or dark clothing for the hospital. This is so soft and great for nursing and wearing during postpartum.

I have this exact boppy, phone charger, peri bottle, face wash and moisture.

Need to get pillow and eye mask, cozy robe, socks, shower shoes, towel, and this nightlight! Wish I would have had those last time.

Make sure to bring your favorite blanket (Barefoot Dreams are the best and worth the $) and items that make you feel the most comfortable!

Will be doing more posts on postpartum care (hospital should provide this for you during the duration of your stay), husband hospital bag, baby hospital bag, and more! Hope this helps other mamas get prepared.

It’s that time again where I’m researching baby registry essentials, hospital bag must haves, postpartum care, and more!! Will be sharing a ton of my favorite items as well as new products we are wanting to try.

We decided we are going to get a second crib rather than transitioning Blakely to a big bed super early. We will be ordering another one of these mattresses!! We have it now and I HIGHLY recommend. I wouldn’t get any other mattress for my babies. Completely breathable for rolling over etc.

Am I the only one that hasn’t seen these before!? I feel like these will be such a lifesaver (for me and for Blakely’s clothes lol). These sleeved bibs are budget friendly and come in a ton of colors (amazon find). Linking my favorites that are pictured!

These would be really cute to add to to your baby registry, gift to a mama to be, or grab for baby that is in the messy food stage. Now all I need to find is one that comes with a hood because Blakely loves to put food in her hair haha.

With another baby on the way I’m going to be sharing a ton of baby products I love and what I’m planning to get this time around!

Based on what I’ve researched, these seem to be the top two most popular infant / baby loungers!! We have the dockatot and LOVE it. I’ve heard amazing things about the snuggle me and plan to get it this time around to test it out. These are awesome for letting baby lounge in any room or whenever you are! Super comfy and easy to move around (and wash over and over lol). This was a life saver for us and I would definitely consider it a must have!

I love the white dockatot and natural color in the snuggle me (love all the neutrals because they go with any decor!) but they have tons of cute color options to choose from.

Great to add to baby registry or gift to a mama to be. Share with any pregnant mamas or those that have another on the way too!

My go to baby bath products in our nursery! We used the lotus flower a ton when Blakely was newborn (sink bath). Tried bunch of shampoo / body washes and this is our favorite. Great for registry

My top products for making your own baby food! Just got our baby food cooker out for the first time this weekend and I am SO excited. Introducing food is one of my favorite baby stages. I like to prep a bunch, freeze in the freezer cubes, and store! I put the pods in the jars when it’s time to feed and they are great for storage. Highly recommend the double machine if you’re going to be making everything yourself! Much quicker

Bottle feeding essentials! Whether you are strictly bottle feeding or breastfeeding / pumping and plan to switch to this method, this is for you.

We have all of these items on our wishlist for baby number two. These were our favorite bibs with Blakely (need to get fresh sets). We also used these bottles in plastic when she was a newborn, but switched to glass when she reached the larger size. Now, we plan to stock up on glass bottles from the newborn size since we loved them so much.

Can’t believe I just saw these while working on our registry… I’m obsessed with the idea.

If you make your own baby food, I’d say these are a must have!! I linked our baby food cooker below. These would be great for starting purées and even up until the toddler years for making apple sauce etc. super convenient for traveling or to let your kid practice self feeding out of a pouch. They can definitely take away some of the mess too lol.
