I prefer my hair items to be fragrance free and made with clean ingredients, but it’s hard to be perfect in this department. Talk to your hair professional and ask for recommendations based on your hair type. I’m a HUGE lover of Babyliss Pro products. I’ve been using them for 10+ years since my hair stylist changed my life with it. If you have curly hair or hair that tends to frizz I highly recommend babyliss pro made with titanium.

Here is a list of some of our favorite “crunchy” finds. Some of these things we have been using for YEARS, and a couple are new. New to me items are Mouth tape and castor oil packs. The benefits are incredible, but we are still just getting used to incorporating them into our routine. Things we have been loving for years are the acupuncture mat (we use the Prana Mat which was an investment-had it for 3 years, but also linking a more budget friendly option with excellent reviews)…I’ve been oil pulling for 10 years, linked a great option for that. The Red Light has changed my life and my skin✨the one I originally bought 3 years ago is no longer sold, but I linked 2 others at different price points, both with excellent reviews. We will never go without activated charcoal! Highly recommend having that on hand for all things tummy 🦠. Been loving Dandelion tea for liver support, hormones and skin.
