I actually had a couple girls learning throughout this project and it’s such a great #beginnerdiy. It’s a perfectly imperfect feature wall that gives you a great margin for error without compromising the design!! Super happy to #makeitweaber!!

Biggest regret BY FAR was this gravel pathway. It was just not practical for my family and animals. Had I gone smaller and been able to bind it down, I think it would have worked better. After a year of the gravel getting stuck in shoes, dragged inside, kicked up by dogs and used like a little box we decided it was just not a long term solution for us.
We decided to change it out for salt finished concrete and we could not be happier. I wish someone would have told me how this would have played out a year ago, but you live and you learn.
We absolutely love the new pathways and can't wait for everything to fully bloom out!

Drill-free, damage free towel hooks for the win! I talked last week about some of the challenges having towel hooks in this space and these have been a great solution.

The warm gold color is a perfect compliment for Delta Champagne Bronze fixtures I have in this space. Not only that, but they’ve definitely help up to my heavy weight towels!

These are affordable, easy and beautiful!

This dog hair vacuum and grooming kit is the coolest gadget I’ve bought from Amazon. I don’t know how it took me so long to discover this but it’s so awesome. It has so many attachments including a dog hair trimmer. That means we had a mess free grooming session today and I could not be more pleased about it.

Maple gets severe anxiety going to the groomer so we had to figure out a different situation and this has transformed how we trim, brush and dry her!

I found the perfect bronze side table y'all!! It's so easy to put together and looks absolutely gorgeous! It has such a gorgeous hammered texture on top and add a tasteful resting place for your home decor or morning beverage!
I put it in my front sitting room for now but I am loving it for so many places in our home. We will see where it's forever home ends up being!

The workshop makeover is officially complete! At least until I dream out something else!!, honestly, could not be happier to be a #ryobicreator. These @ryobitoolsusa tools have allowed me to build some incredible things and it's so nice to have everything organized and easily accessible for the next project!
The most incredible part for me is the stackable travel tool system! The fact that it's on wheels is incredible and the stacking feature means I don't have to pick and choose what I bring for a build! Game-changer is not a big enough work for how this changes things for my travel proiects!
Between the painted floors, the custom built work tables and the Ryobi Link System, this is the workshop of my dreams!

Workshop Makeover Part 2: The Work Tables!
For this project, I used 13 2X4s and two vertically ripped sheets of plywood. Such an affordable way to get some massive work shop tables! So far I haven't had any support concerns, but in the future I may add some support 2X4s throughout if needed. I've stood on top of these though and had no issues.
I did leave an opening on the left side of my miter station and that's for my shop vac, mobile tool system and possibly a fool drawer toolbox in the future if needed! So many possibilities in this space!
This workshop is already completely transformed but I can't wait to show you what I have up next!! It's time to finally get organized!

Workshop Makeover: The Floors

Before I built anything in here, I knew I wanted to makeover the floors. My concrete is only a ear old and hasn't been too abused yet, to it was a fairly simple process.
Step One: Clean and Prep the floors!
Step Two: Trim out the space
Step Three: Paint on your first coat! This was such an awesome transformation for me even before adding my pattern coat.
Step Four: After waiting the appropriate time, apply your second coat.
Step Five: Let it CURE! Do not tape too earl or you’ll damage your first coat.
Step Six: Tape your pattern.
Step Seven: Apply two coats of your secondary pattern where you're wanting your pattern.
Step Eight: Removed tape before fully cured so that you don't peel the paint.
Step Nine: Apply a peel stop clear coat!!
Appreciate your finished product!!
