My friends at KISS gifted me some of their Falscara collection, try doing my own lash extensions at home.

I applied the bond and seal, first on bear lashes, and then used the so xtra wisps. They were so easy to use, and they feel so comfortable on 🙌🏾😩

These are definitely going to be a staple in my make up routine 💖

My friends at KISS gifted me their Falscara DIY Lash Extensions, and here’s how I put them on!

💜 Apply the seal on bare lashes (it goes on like mascara & tints your lashes)
💜 Apply the wisps underneath your lashes. I used 2 long, 2 medium, 1 short
💜 Apply the seal under the wisps

It was so easy to do! This was my first time trying lash extensions & I got them on in like 5 minutes.

I picked up the Live Tinted Huestick Corrector in the shade “Balance” as I wanted to try something to help me color correct my dark circles 🧡.

It’s a pencil that’s really easy to work with, and it goes on creamy which makes it super easy to blend🙌🏾😩

The key is to only apply enough to neutralize dark areas, and not overdo it lol

I wanted to try the new Jodie Woods X MAC lip combo kit 💄 and switch to a darker lip liner to make it work better for my skin tone 🤎✨. Here’s what I used:

I love a good nude lip combo! I picked up some new glosses at Ulta, and wanted to try them with one of my favorite nude lipsticks, which is staycation by Huda Beauty.

I picked up the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skim Blurring Skin Balm during the Sephora sale, and it’s so good! 🙌🏾😍. It has a cream to powder finish, and this is the only cream foundation that has ever worked well with my oily skin.

I’m wearing it in the shade 8.5. This product has strong undertones, so after trying a few shades this was the one that worked best for me.

The blurring skin balm gives medium coverage, and it has a beautiful finish. It wears well through the day too.

I love this for days when I’m trying to expedite my make up routine 😂.

ELF dropped some $6 liquid metallic eyeshadows, and they are perfect for quick holiday makeup looks 😍🎄✨.

I’m using this silver shade called “Bling Bling.” They come in a bunch of other beautiful shades as well 💎✨

They’re really easy to work with. I recommend letting them dry in-between coats (1-2 coats should do the job).

It’s the holiday season, which means I’ll be making lots of memories and taking lots of pictures. Here’s two foundation tips that help me get my makeup photo-ready 📸:

💚 Wearing a foundation that is a shade darker than my skin helps prevent flashback. Especially because I use lighter concealers for a highlighted look.

💚 Mixing a matte foundation (like my fave NARS Soft Matte Complete Foundation in Marquises) with a satin finish foundation (Pat McGrath Sublime Perfection Foundation in D29) helps great a glowy long-lasting finish 🙌🏾😍.

Full coverage long lasting concealer for under $10?! Give it to me nowww 🙌🏾😍✨.

I’ve had the Milani Conceal & Perfect Longwear Concealer in my makeup collection for a while now, and it never disappoints.

I use shade 150 natural sand to highlight my face & shade 140 pure beige to brighten my under eye area.

This is a really great full coverage long lasting concealer. A little goes a long way. I let it dry down a bit before I start blending it, and I recommend setting it right away to prevent creasing.

For reference, my current (summer) foundation match is Estée Lauder double wear 5N2 Amber Honey 🍯.

This brush color removal tool is a must have for me when I travel 🙌🏾😍. It’s a sponge that helps you clean the excess eyeshadow off of your brush, so that you can switch to another color.

I got mine on Amazon.

This isn’t something that you would use in place of washing your make up brushes on a regular basis (for cleanliness / hygiene purposes), but it does help to get excess eyeshadow off so you can use that same brush for another color.

Holographic gloss toppers are my favorite finishing touch for my lip combos 💄✨ They add the perfect amount of glitter reflects to make your lip combos pop.

I like these gloss toppers by LA Girl because they’re super affordable, they’re not gritty, and reflect beautifully on the lips.

They come in a few different colors. The bronze gloss topper “Spark of Romance” is my all time favorite 😍.

I always get mine at Ulta, but they’re available on Amazon too!

I love a good blush, and I feel like liquid blush just adds that extra oomph to a full glam look ✨.

I have a few liquid blushes that I keep on rotation, but my favorite affordable option ($7!) that’s black girl friendly is “Bronzed Bombshell” by elf.

It’s a beautiful burnt orange shade that looks amazing on black women 🧡🤎. This blush is super pigmented, so a little goes a long way.

If you do too much (like me sometimes ROFL), you can go over it with a skintone face powder to help tone it down.

I’ve been testing out this Super Fix Super Hold makeup setting by Makeup Revolution (Retail: $15, Ulta) and it’s SO GOOD🙌🏾😩💖.

It has a true matte finish, and locks my makeup into place 🔒. It feels so lightweight, and it can help reduce makeup transfer under a mask!
