I love how this easy fall breakfast is not only delicious but healthy too π
Recipe for single serving can double or triple for more people:
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cut up apple
1 t flax seed
Any spice you like:
cinnamon
nutmeg
allspice
ginger
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 Cup non-dairy milk of choice
1/4 Cup maple syrup
1/2 t vanilla extract
* Walnuts or pecans optional
Mix everything in an over safe dish and bake at 350 for around 30 mins.
