Another amazing find from my favorite store!! This bubble skirt is going to be in heavy rotation!! I'm wearing an XS and it goes up to size 4x also comes in Black!! Little backstory @Target was my first job in highschool!! It was a brand new store and I opened it as a teen. There was literally no Targets in my neighborhood for like a 30+ mile radius what an experience! I have been shopping here since I was a kid!
