Friday fit check and a full-on laundry marathon kind of day 🧺✨ The fit lifestyle continues and today’s movement was exactly what I needed. I did 40 minutes on the Peloton, some stretching, a little weightlifting, and finished with a 2 mile run. Now it’s time to channel all that energy into getting this mountain of laundry washed, folded, and put away so we can actually enjoy the weekend tomorrow. Boy mom life means there’s always something moving, but we’re staying consistent, staying active, and getting it done. 💪🏽 @lululemon

-walk around circle if I have time
-7:05-wake kids
-start coffee pot
-breakfast for kids, lunches, backpacks, water bottles, you get it—
I administer these vitamins/supplements to the kids every morning, hiya, fish oil, parasite cleanse, electrolytes, beekeepers honey spray, cymbiotika elderberry, aminos ()()()()()()()
-8:00-bus stop
-8:15- cold plunge, 3 min at 49deg ()
-8:25- now I’ve “earned my coffee” at least 90 min after waking (to burn off my adenosine before I put caffeine (adenosine blocker) in my body)- (Kion coffee-only truly mold free coffee) add grass fed organic whole milk or almond milk (idc abt calories or fat, I care about low sugar content and higher protein), beekeepers honey spray (4 sprays) ()()
-8:30- Penny drop off
-9:00- lift weights (usually 4x per week) if I don’t go to the gym, I will come home and walk or run around the neighborhood/both always with a podcast on
-10:15- 20 min sauna (185-195 deg)/protein shake from gym (abt 35g protein)
-11ish- shower, dry shampoo, cc cream with perhaps a little makeup ()()
-11:30-clean/tidy house, laundry, launder sheets/make beds, dishes, prep dinner, etc
I usually drink a protein coffee here if needed ()
